What happens when you call
We are a referral service, not a repair shop. What we handle is the frustrating part, which is finding a local pro who works on your brand, has room on the schedule, and is willing to make the drive to your address. You tell the dispatcher what the appliance is doing, the brand, and roughly how old it is. We route the call to an independent contractor in our network who fits, and that technician quotes, diagnoses and does the work directly with you.
There is no charge to use the referral line. The pro you are connected with sets their own rates and gives you a written, upfront quote before any work starts, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Why county-level routing matters
A county is not one neighborhood. The county seat may have a dozen appliance techs within a few miles, while a farmhouse at the far edge of Broward County might sit forty minutes from the nearest service van. Grabbing the first number online often lands you with a shop that agrees on the phone, then slides you to the end of the week because your address sits outside their normal loop.
Our dispatchers work by route. We check which independent pros in our network already pass through your area, who carries parts for your brand, and who has the right setup for the work, from a stacked washer and dryer in a townhome to a reach-in cooler at a corner diner.
